Co-Founder & Executive Director
Lloyd Lindley Jr., MANPM
Lloyd Lindley Jr. is the co-founder and Executive Director of LAMP Services, a community driven, non-profit organization dedicated to assisting underserved youth with scholarships, college preparatory workshops and college campus tours.

Lloyd is a native Houstonian born and raised within the Acres Homes Community. Lloyd initially attended Texas A&M University in College Station and learned a lot about diversity and rights of all people. He received his Bachelor's degree and Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management at University of Houston-Downtown. Of all of his many accomplishments, being a father is the most rewarding.
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Clarence Patrick Francis
Clarence Patrick Francis (Pat) is co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for LAMP Services. He is responsible for overseeing cash flow planning, preparing and reviewing budgets and tracking operational metrics.
Born and raised in Houston, Pat attended Baylor University and joined the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity mentoring local youth. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance as well as a Master's in Public Administration, Pat has been working in the Education field as a financial advisor and enrollment manager for over 12 years. In 2019, he co-founded LAMP Services to shine a light on community issues while focusing on his purpose
Director of Communication
Jean Williams
Jean Williams joined the Board of Directors for LAMP Services in 2019 and became Director of Communications in 2022. In this role, she oversees the creation of promotional and informative materials LAMP Services will send to the public.

A native Houstonian, Jean fell in love with nonprofits when she volunteered at a nonprofit organization for homeless single mothers. Inspired at a transitional housing facility located in Midland, Texas, Jean quickly developed a deep passion for charitable work. This resolve stuck with her through college, leading her to get her Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
Director of Internal Operations
Jade Thomas
Jade Thomas joined the Board of Directors for L.A.M.P. Services in 2019 and became Director of Internal Operations in 2022. In this role, she oversees the delegation of tasks, performance evaluation and the setting of guidelines and objectives.
She is passionate about service and truly believes that we are responsible for ensuring the success of the next generation. Realizing the importance of mentorship, Jade is excited to help bring the best out of our youth and children. As a single mother, Jade understands the importance of “it takes a village to raise a child” and invests in her son, Calvin, to ensure that he is a “Strong, Smart, and Kind Black King”
Volunteer Coordinator
Kirsten White
Kirsten White is the Volunteer Coordinator over recruiting volunteers and tracking future events. She was offered to be a board member of LAMP in 2019 and eagerly accepted her position.
Kirsten is an administrator in the healthcare field caring for the elderly and disabled. This is where she developed her love for caring for others. She started off with her own nonprofit organization called "Blessing Hands" which deals with feeding the homeless and caring for their needs. It eventually led her to wanting to do even more within the community. Helping those that are in need is a soft place in her heart. Kirsten has a B.S in Psychology from Fort Hays State University as well as an Associates in Health Science from Houston Community College and plans on continuing her education. She counsels in her free time as well as caters delicious meals all made and served with love.
